Our Policy
Appointment Preparation:
Clients should arrive with hair washed and blow-dried for optimal results. Severely unclean hair will not be serviced, and any deposit paid will be retained.
Booking & Contact:
Appointments are only confirmed via WhatsApp or text, with proof of deposit sent before arrival and entry to appointment location. Calls can be used to enquire about services, but bookings are not confirmed via call only Whatsapp.
Payment:

Deposit Requirement: A deposit must be paid online via the website or WhatsApp to secure the booking. If booking through WhatsApp, a screenshot of the deposit confirmation must be sent.

Remaining Balance: The remaining balance must be paid during the appointment and in full before the client leaves the premises. Payments are not accepted after departure.

Who Can Pay: Payment may be made by the client, or if covered by another person, the funds must be given to the client to pay before the appointment finishes.

Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer or cash only.

Availability:
Appointments are available 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (no appointments on Sundays). Hours will stay the same but availability may change; updates will be sent via WhatsApp or posted on my WhatsApp profile/Instagram/Website.
Guest Policy:
This is a ladies-only zone. Additional guests must wait outside.
Age Requirement:
Clients must be 18 years or older.
Food & Drink:
Only light snacks and beverages are allowed. Heavy food must be disposed of before entering the service area.
Lateness & Cancellation:

10-minute grace period.

15 minutes late = £12 late fee.

20 minutes late = appointment automatically cancelled.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

No-show/non-attendance or cancellations less than 24 hours from your appointment, deposit is non-refundable.

Refunds & Deposits:

Communication is required for accomplished styles once the service is completed. If concerns are not raised during your appointment, no refunds will be issued for completed services.

Services under £50 = non-refundable.

Deposits for appointments with severely unclean hair will be retained.

Knotless Braids Deposits:

£100–£130 → £15–£35 deposit ( if paying via the website there is a deposit fee, but remaining deposit after the fixed website deposit must be paid before starting your appointment, the outstanding balance after deposit must be paid after appointment BEFORE leaving the premises) .

£140–£200 → £20–£55 deposit ( if paying via the website there is a deposit fee, but remaining deposit after the fixed website deposit must be paid before starting your appointment, the outstanding balance after deposit must be paid after appointment BEFORE leaving the premises) .

£200–£250 → £30–£85 deposit ( if paying via the website there is a deposit fee, but remaining deposit after the fixed website deposit must be paid before starting your appointment, the outstanding balance after deposit must be paid after appointment BEFORE leaving the premises) .
Digital Products (eBooks):
All hair care eBooks are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
Content Days:
On designated content days, you will be informed in advance of your appointment. If you do not wish to participate, please confirm upon booking confirmation or on the day of your appointment.
Pictures/Videos: Photos and videos are taken as standard practice. If you would not like your picture taken, your features can be blurred, or solely the style will be captured from different angles where you will not be shown. Please allow an additional 5–15 minutes after your appointment if content is being captured.
Customer Care:
